Genetic Algorithm

Dear Sir ,
I am in a fix with the Genetic Algorithm which I have been trying to draw up 
regarding "Docking of a suitable inhibitor into an active site."
The program has to choose the correct inhibitor which is feasible from the 
point of view of the energy considerations,electrostatic considerations and 
structure.
On provision of the various reactions giving rise to the inhibitor,the 
program should be able to help the active site to pick up the most 
favourable reactions
,Expecting an early answer to relieve me of this problem .
