what specialized tools exist to work with a mailing list

Hi,

A user of usenet uses a special program, for example gnus. It has been
based on the special protocol.  Mailing lists which have been
based on the broadcast delivery is simple to use, but the big amount
unstructed letters is difficult to read. The question-answer
relationship doesn't image. I want to ask how to arise effectiveness a
mailing list has been based on the broadcast delivery.
