Re: Finance::Quote

Use the command ‘perl -V’ (that is a capital V) to see where your perl installation looks for modules to load. The source file for Finance::Quote (Quote.pm) needs to be in a directory Finance somewhere in that path.

You can install modules without using the cpan utility program.

First, download the module distribution from www.cpan.org. Then use these commands:

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

(You may need to preface the last command with ’sudo’)
