It is for discussing Perl 6 *process* issues such as how to set up
working groups, what groups should be set up, and how working groups
should work. Discussion not related to this is off-topic.
Please keep discussion on topic. There will be lots of opportunity to
discuss specific technical issues later. Alternatively, you can take
the discussion to private email, or to comp.lang.perl.misc or
comp.lang.perl.moderated.
