I have been maintaining a list of mailing lists which is shown
on perl.org and could (and will anyways) add all Perl6 related
mailing lists. If whomever creates a new list kindly notifies me
of its existence, it will be there for all to see.

On top of this, I would suggest possibly sending an email to all
Perl6 related lists announcing the creation of a new list.
