Not motivated by temporal frugality.

There simply ought to be a pattern, a system.

Like
	perl6-*	: lists for the makers of perl6

	perl-*	: lists for the users of perl.

or whatever.  No?

Having a system like this is far less obscure than having no system
at all, so that Joe Webhax0r doesn't innocently think p6p is
