I like the idea of a list for redesigning the Perl community and I vote in
favor of perl6-community; however, I don't think it addresses the original
thread, where various people wanted to discuss whether or not there should
be a requirement on Perl to be able to obscure code. I still think that's
a policy issue. Some people think there should be a requirement for a
feature to obscure; some people think there should be a requirement that it
never have such a feature, some people think all source code should be
distributed with any encoding of such, and some people think Watney's Red
Barrel is real beer.

Are issues like this worth working out on their own list, or should they
just be directed to perl6-flames?
