I'd like to stress this last point.

Perl6 is a volunteer effort.  The names attached to each of the tasks
and working groups is an expedient way to make sure this project actually
starts.

Only two decisions are final at this point: Larry is the Supreme
Court of Perl, and Larry is the language designer.  And those are
the only two exclusive assignments made to date on Perl6.
