Are we (you?) expecting the summaries to cover any lag between list
creation and notification and subscription by the little peons?

Or are the lists going to be created with certain players in mind, and
life begins when they arrive?  (ie, "You five go hash this out on this
list.  If anyone else shows up, great, but don't wait for them.")
