I think it's a good idea.

If you need some administrative mail addresses at @perl.org for
registering it the right places[tm], a box to run it on or something
like that just send me mail.

I wouldn't mind having it as a two way gateway by the way. All lists
are moderated for non-subscribers, so spam is pretty certain to only
hit my mailbox (and a few hundred more or less a month won't do much
difference there, sigh).
