yes, but be aware that

 1) it's just about the only mailinglist available.

 2) some of them are not subscribable by everyone (like some meta
    lists that is really just a private list of people for with
    automated bounce handling).

 3) it might be discontinued whenever. (when I get too annoyed about 
    the above mentioned points and trying to make it better).
