Yes, that will be how future lists will be named.  Is it worth the
hassle of list renaming to change -qa ?

I am looking at ending bootstrap in the next week or two, so with that
kind of lifetime I don't think it'd be worth the pain.  There are
still arguments for a meta- list that I haven't heard or which haven't
lodged in my brain, so don't read the Imminent Death of Bootstrap as
a certainty yet.
