Thanks, I am used to TIMTOWTDI from somewhere:-)

What I'm missing as a first-time admin:

The four buttons "update","nocc","reset", and "delete" could either
have talking labels or a help page on their own. I have only used
"update" so far but one would like to know about the other choices.

What I saw at Bugzilla would be very nice to have too: every field
that accepts input could be a link to a specialized help page. E.g.
the "Status" field contains 8 options but I do not understand "busy",
"ok", and "onhold" and the empty option at the top of the list. I'd
like to see the word "Status" to be a link and get instructions there.

A simple small change would be god in the Ccs field: please add a
newline after each user in the list or at least after the textfield.

Otherwise I'm quickly getting familiar, looks easier and easier with
every minute.
