What period of processing my mail requests should I expect from
bugtorn?

Oh, I have received a long listing of what commands it accepts..
It did not like my "-D 20020305" subject... Plz could you help
me to figure out how to
- list all the bugs since a particular date (like 20020305)
- list all the bugs that have been submitted from my address
