Closing Install Bugs

I propose marking all current pre-5.6.0 installation related bugs as
abandoned.  

We don't have to automate this, just as we see them, mark them.

This would get rid of ~250 open bugs.

The install procedure changed and was updated a bit in 5.6, and
waiting to re-test all of these things could result in them never
being closed.
