Well, this is a bit of a problem.
I started just sending the status of the ticket (short form) as you suggest,
below.
Then someone wrote and complained that they didn't know what to do with it,
and wanted more info, so I put the long form in.
And here we are again.

Personally I think you're right and we should have the short form, perhaps
with a note saying how to retrieve the rest of the ticket info via both the
http and email methods?  I'll do that for 2.22, unless we hear cries of
complaint from anyone else.
