Problems with running perl script that uses Expat.pm

I have seen some postings here about this module but I still do not
know why I am getting this error:
Can't locate loadable object for module XML::Parser::Expat in @INC

I have copied the pm file to the proper include subdirectory, but I
suspect there is more involved here.
I am running this on HPUX machine.

Hope someone can help me.
