CPAN newbie submitter question

Hi Everyone,

I just uploaded a module. My first time ever. 

Is this the right place for asking questions on fixing
build errors?
If not could you point me in the right direction?

If so my detailed question is below.

first I got the following error

  Distribution file:
Spreadsheet-WriteExcel-WebPivot.tar.gz
    Number of files: 10
         *.pm files: 2
             README:
Spreadsheet-WriteExcel-WebPivot/README
           META.yml: No META.yml found

The distribution contains a blib/ directory and is
therefore not being
indexed. Hint: try 'make dist'.

I fixed it on my machine by running make clean in my
directory and then deleting the Makefile before re
taring the directory.
 
The main problem is I can't seem to fix what I
uploaded. First I tried the "Repair a pending upload"
link on the PAUSE page. It said I didn't have a
pending upload. Then I tried the Delete Files link
thinking I could re-upload my tar file but it
apparently won't be deleted until Thursday and in the
meantime I can't re-upload. Is there a way I can do
this or do I have to wait for the scheduled deletion?
