Can't get current Net-DBus from Canadian mirrors

Anyone know why Net-DBus-0.32.3 is available from the CPAN web 
interface since December 5th, but Net-DBus-0.32.2 is still the current 
version on my Canadian mirrors? (at least sunsite.ualberta.ca, 
chebucto.ns.ca, ftp.nrc.ca)
