I hope this is the right list for this.

I like to watch the feed from http://search.cpan.org/uploads.rdf.

Besides the module description, something I'd love to see attached is 
the most recent "paragraph" from the Changes file. That's what usually 
decides whether I want to upgrade a module. I know there isn't a 
standard format for change files but using Date::Manip::ParseDate would 
make it pretty reliable.
