Or, if the old distro is still on CPAN and you want to use the CPAN shell, you can install AUTHOR/Distro-3.14.tar.gz e.g. install MLEHMANN/Video-Capture-V4l-0.9.tar.gz To find out the exact name of the distro, you can use the ls command -- andreas
