Remove the two from the list and you should be settled. I'll protect
the code against such misconfigurations.

In case you don't know how to remove them: say 'o conf' and read the
first line, something like:

  cpan[6]> o conf
  $CPAN::Config options from '/home/k/.cpan/CPAN/MyConfig.pm':

Then edit that mentioned file directly. It's a normal perl file.
