Troubles with CPAN indexing of PDL::NetCDF and PDL::Graphics::PLplot (fwd)

Hi perl module authors list:

I've been having trouble for some time getting two of my modules (listed in the 
subject line) to be downloadable via the cpan shell.

I think it is a problem with getting the version number properly indexed. With 
PDL::NetCDF in particular, I've tried several things.  I've put a
META.yml in the top level directory, with these line is it:

provides:
     PDL::NetCDF:
         file:     netcdf.pd
         version:  4.1

indicating the current version which is 4.10.  Yet under the CPAN shell on my 
linux box, I get this:

When I upload PDL::NetCDF to PAUSE, I get a helpful email back indicating that 
it had been successfully indexed (an example is attached).

Could someone please help me get these two modules to be downloadable via the 
cpan shell?  Any pointers or hints much appreciated!
