cpan-logins raided?

For several months now, have been getting spam directed to my
email addr that was listed on cpan. 

Is anything from that site still around where email addr's are listed?

Is it possible to obfuscate email addrs by default unless the user
is logged in, or at least, maybe, fills out a captcha or does
no one really care?

If no one cares, then never mind, (oh well).
