Thanks. I've already posted my final proposal to the Module-Build list 
<http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=6578408> for Ken 
to review (along with references to the original discussions). I think 
everyone that wanted to comment on META.yml has done so. My goal was 
mainly to gather suggestions I had seen in threads on various lists, 
along with some common practices that have emerged, and a few of my own 
suggestions, so I could present them as a single proposal to Ken.
