time to update the CPAN Testers Matrix?

Hello folks,
I was having a little chat with David (https://github.com/DrHyde/perl-modules-Devel-CheckOS/pull/22#issuecomment-477154904) and looks like I was leaded into the wrong way by the "Darwin" appearing in the CPAN Testers Matrix for a distribution (for example, http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Archive-Tar-Wrapper+0.34). Shouldn't we change that to MacOSX or something else? I'm not a MacOSX user myself, but it seems I should list it as a acceptable OS for Archite-Tar-Wrapper.

It seems also that the official documentation should be updated regarding Darwin/MacOSX as well: https://perldoc.perl.org/perlport.html#Unix.
