test but don't install it

Hello folks,

I usually setup a smoker (CPAN::Reporter::Smoker) to install a Perl 
distribution after passing the tests.

I recently got some distributions that don't cause any trouble to test 
but they change the environment in some ways that I'm not happy with.

Is there any way to implement that?

I tried with distroprefs, but once the distribution is disabled, that's 
it: no testing for them.
