test reports with Bootstrap

Hello there,

I was trying another day to view a test report from my smartphone and it 
was quite difficult due the limited size of the screen and the report is 
between a PRE tag:

I'm not a Bootstrap (or frontend) professional, but I guess it should 
help with that. Do you think it is worth a try?

I believe we could parse the text from the report (maybe using 
https://github.com/barbie/CPAN-Testers-WWW-Reports-Parser), create an 
HTML version of it and then apply Bootstrap where it makes sense.

I willing to give it a shot, please let me know your thoughts.
