CPAN Test Reports provide a link to

http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/CPANAuthorNotes,

which is rewritten as

http://cpanwiki.grango.orgwiki/CPANAuthorNotes

which doesn’t resolve.  It looks like it’s missing a / and should be

http://cpanwiki.grango.org/wiki/CPANAuthorNotes

But that results in a “Not Found” reply.

wiki.cpantesters.org redirects to http://cpanwiki.grango.org/ which 
results in a custom error page.
