[OT] is Regexp::Common still active?

Hello folks,

I've been trying to reach out for Abigail about Regexp-Common 
distribution, first from her Linkedin account and then from her email 
listed in her GitHub profile., with no response so far.

I created a PR on the respective GitHub repository, but it seems the 
project is inactive (there are other PRs waiting there for a long time).

I wonder if this distribution is still under development, I used it a 
lot and would like to be a maintainer for it, if possible.

If any of you is able to reach out for her, please let me know (even if 
privately).
