Delays between metabase and matrix?

Are we experiencing delays in getting recent CPAN uploads from the 
metabase to the matrix?

If I look now (9:39 AM EDT / 13:39 UCT) at 
http://fast2-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=JSON-PP, I see that the most 
recent ("Last") report went up at:

2026-03-29 03:57 Eastern Daylight Time (5 hours ago)

However, https://metabase.cpantesters.org/tail/log.txt shows 5 recent 
uploads, the most recent of which was by me at:

[2026-03-29T12:47:57Z] [James E Keenan] [pass] 
[ISHIGAKI/JSON-PP-4.18.tar.gz] [x86_64-linux] [perl-v5.43.9] 
[832c5a24-2b6d-11f1-8d91-afe7231586f0] [2026-03-29T12:47:57Z]

... which translates to 8:47 AM EDT.

So the matrix (here, fast-matrix2), is running about 4 hours and 50 
minutes behind metabase.

That seems troublesome to me -- but I'm not sure what our expected 
lag-times are.  Please advise.  Thanks.
