cpan.cu.be not responding on IPv6

Hi,

It looks like cpan.cu.be isn't responding on IPv6:

  telnet 2001:67c:314::feed:cafe 80
  Trying 2001:67c:314::feed:cafe...

I also notice that http://mirrors.cpan.org/ says it's fine -- maybe that
could check IPv6 too?

PS: Second time I've had issues with this mirror, maybe it's a bit too
unreliable for the s.c.o redirector to give out?
