Well, at https://rt.cpan.org//Dist/Display.html?Queue=ExtUtils-Manifest 
the "preferred bug tracker" link took me to rt.perl.org, which is why I 
transferred the tickets there.

Well, the tickets were all old and unresponded-to for years, so they're 
not going to get any *less* visibility at rt.perl.org.

They've all been created in the last few weeks, so they're near the top 
of either the New or Open queues when searched in reverse order of Last 
Updated.  You can't miss 'em.

If the Toolchain Gang has a consensus answer to the questions I pose in 
those tickets, then you can probably resolve the tickets without having 
to open a ticket on github.
