Installing Devel::TraceUse on RHEL 6: CPAN::Meta::YAML 0.002 is not available

Hi,

I tried to install Devel::TraceUse with is a Module::Build based
distibution on RHEL 6 on the stock perl 5.10.1.
I installed the 'core' modules first by running 'yum -y install
perl-core'. CPAN gives me this error messgae:

  CPAN.pm: Going to build B/BO/BOOK/Devel-TraceUse-2.093.tar.gz

CPAN::Meta::YAML 0.002 is not available
 at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/CPAN/Meta.pm line 320
Warning: No success on command[/usr/bin/perl Build.PL --installdirs site]

I know how to install it manually, but I'd like to know what causes
this issue. Any hints?
