When attempting to download tarballs from CPAN, I am getting the following errors: $ wget https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/A/AN/ANDK/CPAN-2.33-TRIAL.tar.gz --2022-03-12 17:58:01-- https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/A/AN/ANDK/CPAN-2.33-TRIAL.tar.gz Resolving www.cpan.org (www.cpan.org)... 2a04:4e42:c::644, 151.101.50.132 Connecting to www.cpan.org (www.cpan.org)|2a04:4e42:c::644|:443... connected. ERROR: The certificate of ‘www.cpan.org’ is not trusted.
