I=92m unclear who decides if it=92s OK for me to delete the dev versions of=
 Perl I=92ve done. I=92m happy to do it. Maybe we should put a policy or su=
ggestion into the release manager=92s guide as a first step?

ly is less popular than about a dozen very old not-development releases).
