MakeMaker still has two different bug trackers

If I go to metacpan for ExtUtils::Make	Maker 
(https://metacpan.org/pod/ExtUtils::MakeMaker) and then right-click on 
Issues, I'm taken to 
https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=ExtUtils-MakeMaker, where 
there are about 30 open issues.

However, if I then got to GitHub, I find 64 open issues at 
https://github.com/Perl-Toolchain-Gang/ExtUtils-MakeMaker/issues.

EU::MM appears to have been in GH since at least February 2011 -- more 
than 14 years ago.

Are there any plans to consolidate these bug queues?  Perhaps that could 
be a way of working new people into the Perl Toolchain Gang's work.
