The last discussion I recall getting into, I strongly recommended that
we create a separate directory for P6 modules.  (I.e., not
"authors/id/X/XY/XYZ").  This would make it easier for mirrors (and
other tools) to filter on pathname without having to look at META
files to determine what language something is.

Better indexing can help, but only to a point.
