There has been some discussion, but not by anyone in a position to do
something about it AFAICT.
We did kick around the idea of using something like p6/id/E/EW/EWILHELM/
This would basically mean that we need a new or updated PAUSE -- where
you tell the indexer "this is perl 6 code" or something (a META flag
might work.)
Also, a new or updated search interface, index files, CPAN client, build
tools. I would guess that providing a few simple pieces on the
indexer/mirror side would allow others to fill the client-side needs.
Can we get somebody volunteered to define the index scheme and indexer
interface?
