The catch there might be knowing whether the latest version has been run 
or not, and maybe including a module to hold the VERSION number is the 
solution (with the bonus that it will get indexed with other modules.)

Having an index for scripts would allow users to install programs by 
name.  If you want `ack`, `padre`, and `sleepserver`, which modules do 
you need to install?
