Out. I was asked to do a delete job manually and I did it the wrong way:

  rrr-update --delete /home/ftp/pub/PAUSE/authors/RECENT.recent id/L/LE/LEOCHARRE/FileArchiveIndexer-1.29.tar.gz

The above writes the delete event to the RECENT files but does not
delete the file.

I just had to manually delete 13 files from pause's disk that were
according to the RECENT files already deleted.
