I don't know if anyone is even on this list but I'm interested in getting
a cypto FAQ together. Anyone interested?

Also, the new book "Crypto" by Steven Levey is quite a nice history of
public key crypto and there is a book coming in April, "Body of Secrets"
by James Bamford who wrote "The Puzzle Palace".
