New modes

Hi,
following the guidelines of PAUSE, I ask you all if it
would be OK for me to call my implementations of CFB mode and
Countermode Crypt::CFB and Crypt::Ctr respectively. If
nobody objects within the next three days, I'll upload
those modules to CPAN.
