Need pure perl implementation of RC2 encryptio/decruption

Hi Guys,
    I am working on pure Perl implementation of the RC2 enc/decryption 
algorithm. I made some progress, but I am stuck at the moment and cannot 
figure out where is the problem. Can somebody take a look at:
