issue notifications

Hi everyone,

Should I just make the Google Code issue notifications go to this  
list?  (New ones, changes etc).

Or should we make a qpsmtpd-dev list for this stuff?  (the cvs- 
qpsmtpd name is a little dumb anyway...)
