These days Win95 is feeling much better

i've attached the report.
Notice that there are no failures of ExtUtils.t, because i applied the
patch which I've sent a couple of hour ago to p5p. Nothing much, just
change to MM_Win32 which changes quotes in the call to Mksymlist...

hostent.t and hostname.t are silenced forever because I've added hosts
file to my Windows directory.

AutoSplit.t should be rewriten having in mind that File::Spec returns
OS specific path. They should change either what they expect what
they will get, or comparison method.
