Hello,

After having attended YAPC::Europe and having heard H.Merijn Brand's 
talk on smoke testing I decided to become a smoke tester.

But having read some of the mails which come to this list I am confused 
whether the list is used for discussion or (you guys seem to CC a lot of 
other resources) whether is is kind of semi administrative status list??

So is this the place to ask questions or should I also sign up to 
[email protected]?
