Ensuring arrival of reports

After 24 exiting hours my first smoke test finished yesterday, 
unfortunately my mail configuration is of a non-working sort (which I am 
working on), so I probably need to send the report manually, but would 
it be much work to implement a receipt for reports - for newbie smokers 
like myself?
