Part of the confusion has to do with the fact that I released Test::Smoke 1.16 
with the wrong e-mailaddress (<[email protected]>). I will remove 1.16 
from CPAN, but it is already out there.

In general I agree, that normal reports should only go to 
<[email protected]> or the nntp mirror thereof. 
As for CC-ing p5p, I guess p5p will need to express their opinion on that. I 
believe that most p5p-ers watch the smokers-reports archives regularly, so 
personally I do not see the need for cc-ing them, unless you want to bring 
something in a report under a broader/immediate attention.
