More DateTime::Event modules for business holiday around the world would 
be a fantastic thing.

Namewise, I think it might be best to do something like 
DateTime::Event::Holidays::UK::Bank. The idea is to go from most to least 
specific (cause there are other sets of UK holidays, no doubt).
